📋 Description

• Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents and pets from check-in to check-out
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination in a fast-paced clinic
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces
• Provide exceptional hospitality, answer questions, and educate pet parents during their visit
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team for a smooth client and patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, or veterinary reception
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain detail in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and technology platforms
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and teamwork
• Prior experience in veterinary medicine or animal care preferred
