📋 Description

• Create a welcoming experience for pet parents from check-in through check-out
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams by phone, email, and in person
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces
• Provide hospitality and educate pet parents during visits
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team for a smooth client/patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or client-facing roles
• Veterinary industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication, warm professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced env
• Comfortable learning multiple computer systems and platforms
• Passion for outstanding client experiences and teamwork
• Prior experience in veterinary medicine or animal care preferred
