📋 Description

• Care Coordinators support patient care and ensure patients feel welcomed.
• Manage appointment flow and respond to calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all visitors.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
