Care Coordinator

📋 Description

• Engage with healthcare providers and staff to answer questions on coverage and reimbursement.
• Support the reimbursement journey: enrollment, access, prior authorization, appeals, denials, and
• Educate providers on patient assistance programs and access pathways.
• Serve as payer and pharmacy resource for territories, communicating changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor payer requirements and market access trends affecting patient access.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve patient access strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare reimbursement, pharma, or related fields.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, hub programs, or provider relationships preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance benefits, Medicare Part D, prior authorizations, and patient
• CMS policies familiarity a plus; managed care and government payers preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Tableau; CRM systems like Salesforce/Veeva.
