• Support patient care and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours, 24 hours max.
• Greet patients and guide them through out-of-network experience.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and collaborate with team.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and multitasking.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
