📋 Description

• Care Coordinator to join Sunnyside clinic in Queens.
• Support patient care and control appointment flow.
• Respond to calls/emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through out-of-network process; greet with a smile.
• Deliver 5-star customer service; foster a collaborative community.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
