📋 Description

• Greet pet parents and pets; ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Manage daily appointment and walk-in schedule.
• Make and take calls, email clients and other vet practices as needed.
• Keep common areas clean and well stocked.
• Provide hospitality, answer questions, share information and education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Typing proficiency and comfort using multiple computer systems
