• Care Coordinator sought for Park Slope clinic in Brooklyn.
• Support patient care and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to calls/emails within 2 hours, 24 hours max.
• Greet patients and guide them through out-of-network process.

• Previous customer service experience.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
