• Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients with a smile.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative community environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required.
