• Support patient care and greet patients warmly
• Manage appointment flow and respond to calls/emails within 2–24 hours
• Guide patients through out-of-network experience

• Previous customer service experience
• Hospitable, team-oriented
• Strong communication and multi-tasking
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required
