📋 Description

Complete prior authorizations
Source financial assistance for patients
Process pharmacy claims
Coordinate medication dispensing and shipping
Improve patient experience by answering questions
Act as liaison between patient, provider and pharmacist

🎯 Requirements

Proficient in core pharmacy tech skills: processing claims
Experience with specialty benefits, prior auth, and financial assistance
Proficient with pharmacy software: QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM
Familiar with EMR or specialty systems: EPIC, Cerner, NextGen, Therigy
Comfortable engaging with patients, providers, and care teams in-person or by phone
Willing to learn new therapeutic areas and travel 10-15%
