🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in human services, healthcare, social services, behavioral health, or related
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in care coordination, case management, social work, community
• At least 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience in healthcare, human
• Experience overseeing or supporting high-volume inbound and outbound call operations
• Understanding of local and state healthcare programs, Medicaid/Medi-Cal services, and
