📋 Description

• Create a welcoming experience for pet parents from check-in to check-out
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-ins in a fast-paced clinic
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and teams by phone, email, and in person
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client spaces
• Provide hospitality, answer questions, and educate pet parents during visits
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team for a smooth client and patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or client-facing roles
• Veterinary industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning multiple computer systems and platforms
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and teamwork
