📋 Description

• Answer our members' requests (via chat, email and phone) in a meaningful, delightful and timely
• Be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful to our members
• Work on projects to implement better processes and tools, and contribute to improving our product
• Analyze what you see, identify areas for improvement and make suggestions on what we can do better
• Become an expert in healthcare and insurance, and help new members of the great healthcare team
• Involved in building, nurturing and enhancing our care team on a daily basis

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-support role, education, or communication
• Bilingual English + Dutch
• Passion for caring for members and solving their problems
• Love written communication
• Comfortable with computers and technology in general
• Very empathetic mindset
