📋 Description

• Travel to assigned residential communities and arrive at patient apartments at scheduled
• Greet patients, verify their identity, and explain the virtual visit process in a clear, friendly
• Assist patients with reviewing and completing required consent forms using a Matter Health iPad
• Log into the virtual visit platform and connect patients with their Matter Health provider
• Confirm that the patient and provider can see and hear each other before stepping away to allow for

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required
• Ability to travel locally between assigned residential communities on a daily basis
• Comfortable using basic technology, including iPads, smartphones, mobile applications, and video
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain simple
