  • Oversee and execute market staffing strategy through outreach and scheduling.
  • Build trusted relationships with Care Pros and coordinate with Client Manager.
  • Mobilize newly hired Care Pros quickly to start work.
  • Provide exceptional service to Care Pros and support their success at every visit.
  • Coordinate with Client Manager to deliver care delivery and align with market priorities.
  • Partner across Honor to deliver a seamless client and Care Professional experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in complex client or patient management; staffing exp preferred.
  • Commitment to exceptional service; sensitive to client and caregiver needs.
  • Background in operations or healthcare/home care preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-informed approach to staffing and scheduling.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with scheduling, CRM, or workforce management systems a plus.
