📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with quality customer service
• Answer 50-70 incoming calls per 8-hour shift
• Process new and refill prescription orders
• Fax or call veterinarians for refill requests
• Check voicemail and return customer calls
• Read prescription orders and navigate internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• You must be a certified Pharmacy Technician in Texas
• Experience in data processing, fulfillment, or retail
• Veterinary experience is a plus
• Customer-focused mindset
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
