• Manage inbound/outbound calls with quality customer service
• Answer 50-70 calls per 8-hour shift
• Process new and refill prescription orders
• Fax or call veterinarians for refills
• Check voicemail and return customer calls
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure service and track orders

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Texas Pharmacy Technician
• Experience in data processing, fulfillment, or retail; veterinary a plus
• Customer-focused mindset
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
