🎯 Requirements

2 years experience in career counseling, case management and Bachelors degree in Human Services
Strong counseling, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage caseloads of 30+ participants and meet performance targets
Proficiency in data systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital workspaces
Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to
