📋 Description

• Conduct eligibility screenings and enroll participants into WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and/or
• Perform comprehensive assessments of participant skills, interests, barriers, and career goals
• Develop individualized employment plans (IEPs) with measurable goals and timelines
• Provide ongoing case management, including regular follow-ups and documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely participant records in case management systems
• Deliver career counseling, labor market information, and job search assistance

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years experience in career counseling, case management and Bachelors degree in Human Services
• Strong counseling, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage caseloads of 30+ participants and meet performance targets
• Proficiency in data systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital workspaces (e.g.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to
