📋 Description

• Ensure contract deliverables, staff satisfaction, and high-quality services to participants.
• Maintain knowledge of TANF requirements; provide case management and career advising.
• Empower participants to achieve self-sufficiency; monitor progress from referral through retention.
• Maintain caseload up to 25; engage participants in training and employment.
• Travel to satellite sites as needed to support participants.
• Develop engaging curriculum to support participant success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years in career counseling or related role.
• Experience as an Equus Career Advisor or Equus Outreach Coordinator.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and team player.
• Strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Creative, goal-oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Bi-lingual, strongly preferred.
