📋 Description

• Ensure contract deliverables, staff satisfaction, and high-quality services to participants
• Maintain TANF knowledge; provide strengths-based career advising to participants
• Empower participants to achieve self-sufficiency across the program cycle
• Manage a caseload up to 25 with active engagement toward training or employment
• Maintain WORCS/TANF database accuracy for QA reviews
• Source resources and referrals; develop OJT/job-ready placements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in related field
• Experience as Equus Career Advisor and/or Equus Outreach Coordinator
• Self-motivated, flexible, and team player
• Strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Creative, goal-oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines
• Certification as an ESOL instructor
