Facilitate professional development workshops focused on job readiness and career advancement
Ensure participants follow through with planned activities and progress toward employment objectives
Provide individualized assessments and referrals to community/social services and training

🎯 Requirements

Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract require
Working knowledge of MS Office
Two years of experience in career advisement, case management, customer service or similar role
Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits
Strong telephone, computer, and written/verbal communication skills
Type minimum of 35 WPM
