📋 Description

• Lead sourcing of semi-senior and senior candidates for ML Fellowships.
• Oversee interview prep and mock interviews for Fellows.
• Guide Fellows on LinkedIn, resumes, and cover letters; advise on negotiation.
• Collaborate with companies to connect Fellows with US/LATAM hiring managers.
• Report metrics on job applications, interviews, offers, and placements.
• Provide post-placement support to Fellows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor, Master, or related study in HR, communications, or technology.
• Experience qualifying candidates for tech roles (data science, ML, AI) in US/LATAM.
• Experience developing and executing job prep strategies and programs.
• Analytical, data-driven, and able to work independently.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
