• Guide veterinary professionals through Relief-to-Hire from interest to offer.
• Maintain clear, personalized candidate communications.
• Collect and share resumes and references with hospitals per Roo standards.
• Collaborate with VetAM, HSP, and Enterprise to match hospitals with professionals.
• Track hiring needs and placements to inform pipeline development.
• Uphold SOPs and identify bottlenecks; support process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in account coordination, inside sales, recruiting, or client-facing ops.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline of active candidates or accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; keep stakeholders informed.
• Experience cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive outcomes.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipelines and reports.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
