📋 Description

• Guide veterinarians and technicians through the Relief-to-Hire process.
• Coordinate across teams to keep processes running smoothly.
• Build partnerships with VetAM, HSP, and Enterprise.
• Track milestones and timelines for placements to ensure timely progress.
• Uphold SOPs and identify workflow gaps; suggest improvements.
• Support data entry and reporting for visibility and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in account coordination, inside sales, recruiting, or client-facing ops.
• Experience managing a pipeline of candidates, deals, or accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to identify process gaps and take initiative.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize in fast-paced env.
• Interest in veterinary or healthcare spaces.
