🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred in related field or equivalent experience working with special populations
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the social services, human resources, teaching or advisement fields
• Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals
• Ability to problem solve and work with a diverse customer base
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
