• Work cooperatively with business services and training to service customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in career services, education, social work or related field
• 5+ years’ experience working in job development with diverse populations, including hard-to-serve
• 3+ years’ experience managing a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of quality.
• Successful experience work with the public in a positive and professional manner at all times
