📋 Description

• Remote role joining Correlation One's Expert Network to support learners.
• Coach a cohort of ~60 learners; 10-15 hours per week.
• Contract starts two weeks before program and ends two weeks after.
• If you are already in the Expert Network, you do not need to apply.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in career development or coaching.
• Excellent English; strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience guiding adult learners; remote coaching.
• Empathetic, proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack.
