🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent; 2+ years in career coaching/related roles.
• English and Japanese: strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience coaching adult learners, remotely.
• Collaborative communicator; builds trust with diverse learners.
• Strong program management; coordinates across stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
