🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in career development, coaching, or related program work.
Executive-ready written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
Experience delivering remote career coaching.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Pumble.
Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solver, tech-savvy.
