Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care including ADLs to WelbeHealth participants
• Escort participants, assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed
• Act as medical escort for boarding/exiting WelbeHealth transportation
• Oversee day center floor to ensure participant safety

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA certification in CA preferred
• Must be able to drive to participant locations in the service area
• Minimum one year experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; preferred upon hire
