📋 Description

• Collaborate with departments in day centers to support participants.
• Provide comprehensive personal care in a lively day center setting.
• Deliver safe personal care as part of the IDT.
• Assist with escorts and transportation for participants.
• Support activities, meals, and daily living tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred in CA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Must be able to drive to escort assignment locations.
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; preferred at hire.
