Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care with ADLs to participants
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed
• Serve as a medical escort for boarding/exiting transportation
• Monitor day center activity to ensure safety
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
• Maintain personal care supplies (incontinence, grooming)

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HHA or CNA in California preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience with seniors
• Must be able to drive to escort assignment locations
• CA Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire)
