📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care (ADLs) to WelbeHealth participants.
• Escort participants for medical appointments and transportation.
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
• Monitor day center safety and participant activity.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Maintain supplies like incontinence and grooming items.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA or CNA certification in California preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience providing personal care to seniors.
• Must be willing and able to drive to escort assignment locations.
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; preferred at hire.
