Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care for ADLs (escort, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed
• Serve as medical escort for WelbeHealth transportation
• Monitor day center floor to ensure participant safety
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed
• Maintain personal care supplies (incontinence, grooming items)

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant in California (CNA) preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; maintain thereafter
