Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care for ADLs (escort, toileting, bathing, dressing).
• Measure and document vitals as instructed.
• Act as medical escort for boarding and exiting WelbeHealth transportation.
• Oversee day center floor to ensure participant safety.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Maintain personal care supplies such as incontinence and grooming items.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HHA or CNA in California preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• Willing and able to drive to escort locations within the service area
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
