Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship
Assist with activities of daily living to help adults stay safe and independent at home
Support clients one-on-one with daily activities and household tasks
Work as part of BAYADA’s Home Health Aide team to deliver compassionate, reliable care

Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but training provided
Passion for caregiving and helping others
Commitment to being present and delivering quality care
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
