Caregiver

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care and companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Support clients one-on-one with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Work within BAYADA’s team to ensure a great employee experience and high-quality care.
• Travel to clients’ homes to deliver care as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but training will be provided.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and delivering quality care with empathy and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes and work with flexible schedules.
• Attitude of teamwork and reliability; demonstrated compassion and patience.
