• Provide personal care per written plan of care
• Assist with activities of daily living and homemaker tasks
• Travel to clients' homes to support independence
• Support one-on-one with daily living activities and companionship
• Work with a registered nurse and clinical team for training and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one-year verifiable care experience OR CNA/LNA license
• No experience? We provide training to become a Home Health Aide
• Compassion, empathy, patience, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
