Provide personal care, household support and companion care to help adults stay safe at home
Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
Meal preparation and feeding; light housekeeping; errands as needed
Assist with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices; range of motion/exercises
Offer medication reminders and ensure patient safety

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience required
Exceptional candidates without experience may be trained
Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience and respect
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
