📋 Description

• Remote role; Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM ET
• Supports Caregiver Wellness team; educate on benefits to improve satisfaction
• Educate caregivers on benefits, enrollment, and options
• Use Salesforce, Empeon, Medflyt to complete tasks
• Provide clear call summaries and follow-up items
• Demonstrate empathy and effective communication in fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Experience in high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
• Strong customer focus and adaptability in high-volume calls
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse audiences
• Empathy, active listening and patience in customer service
• Multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
