• The Carrier Sales Support Director leads the operational support function enabling carrier sales
• Lead carrier operations support for sales initiatives, including strategic opportunities, RFP
• Partner with sales leadership to validate carrier solutions, ensuring commitments are operationally
• Oversee quote-to-order accuracy and ensure carrier commitments are properly documented before

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or
• 8+ years of experience in telecom carrier operations, carrier sales support, service delivery, or
• Demonstrated success managing strategic carrier relationships and operational partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of telecom solutions, including broadband, DIA, SIP, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing operational improvements.
• Experience with CRM and order management platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.
