4+ years in manufacturing ops or related field
Strong technical foundation to discuss engineering topics with customers and partners
Knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding
Experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing
Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
