📋 Description

• Drive on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction
• Track progress of multiple orders and supplier jobs
• Build relationships with customers and partners via proactive communication
• Apply technical manufacturing knowledge to ensure successful production
• Understand supplier capabilities and oversee performance
• Report status, risks, escalations, and recovery plans for delayed orders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in manufacturing ops, supply chain, PM, or related field
• Strong technical manufacturing foundation; discuss topics with customers/partners
• CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, 3D printing
• Read engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and inspection needs
• Identify manufacturing risks, quality concerns, and bottlenecks
• Clear communication of technical issues to customers and suppliers
