Case Manager

📋 Description

• Drive on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction
• Track progress of multiple orders and supplier jobs
• Communicate proactively with customers and manufacturing partners
• Apply manufacturing knowledge to ensure timely production
• Oversee supplier capabilities, performance, and quality improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, sales, logistics, and shipping

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in manufacturing operations, supply chain coordination, project management, or related field
• Strong technical manufacturing foundation; able to discuss engineering and production topics with customers and partners
• Knowledge of CNC machining; sheet metal fabrication; injection molding; 3D printing; casting
• Ability to read and discuss engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, manufacturing constraints, and inspection requirements
• Experience identifying manufacturing risks, quality concerns, and production bottlenecks; strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis; English proficiency at C1 or higher
• Cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, engineering, sourcing, quality, logistics; strong customer-facing communication; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
