🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or operations.
• Root-cause analysis skills to identify solutions.
• BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, drawings, and inspection methods.
• Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills.
