Case Manager I

📋 Description

• Take actions to improve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Track and monitor progress of multiple orders and partner jobs.
• Provide excellent customer and partner service with timely order updates.
• Apply technical knowledge on manufacturing design to ensure timely delivery.
• Understand supplier capabilities and provide oversight (assessments, quality reviews).
• Assess impact of part rejections and resolve issues with suppliers and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior project management, supply chain, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• English: C1.
