Case Manager Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise Case Managers, Retention Specialists, and Eligibility staff
• Review participant case files weekly for contractual compliance
• Conduct trainings with new hires and ongoing staff development
• Collaborate with Performance and Quality teams to meet targets
• Implement and monitor adherence to program SOPs
• Track staff productivity and performance metrics weekly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years supervisory experience
• 2-3 years in workforce development or recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Skilled in interviewing techniques and industry clusters
• Knowledge of labor market trends and local resources
