Enters high volume of daily cash receipts for all US customer accounts
Posts lockbox payments by recording transactions received from several lock boxes into our system
Responsible for reconciling cash transactions, third party remittances, and credit card payments
Downloads, posts, and reconciles electronic remittance files
Monitors unapplied and unidentified receipts and works with business units for timely resolution
Works with the billing and collections representatives to resolve posting problems

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent Required
3-5 years of cash application experience Required
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Language Skills: English – Intermediate level proficiency required
Mathematical Skills: Intermediate level proficiency required for analyzing
Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced level required
